- Return item(s) including its jewelry box(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Item(s) damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
- The Security Tag must not be removed. We cannot accept items whose security tags have been removed or tampered with.
- The original invoice must accompany the returned item(s).
- Returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
- If you chose an expedited delivery method other than our free shipping method,
the additional delivery charge is not refundable. International shipping charge is not refundable.

Purchases made from a credit card will only be refunded to the same card.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the jewelry and any taxes.
You will receive an email notification once we receive your returned merchandise.
Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days if your merchandise meets all return requirements.
