The Shopping Bag
The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to
check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing,
it will hold the items you wish to purchase.
You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish.
All you have to do is click on the link to
"Shopping Bag" at the very top of
the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding
in there. It even keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue
to shop on the site.
Once you click on the "Shopping Bag" link, you can see a picture of the piece(s)
you've placed in your shopping bag, as well as a brief description, item number,
the price and the quantity. From the shopping bag, you'll also be able to update
the quantities of any item (either adding or removing). If you change your mind
about an item, all you have to do is click on the "Delete This Item" link.

Legend Blue uses a simple and secure checkout process to allow you to make your
purchase quickly and comfortably. While we do not require customers to create a
Legend Blue account in order to complete a purchase, it's your benefit to do so
because with an account you can enjoy many benefits such as one-click check out
when you make purchase next time. Legend Blue do not sell, rent or share your
information with other parties unrelated to transaction.
During our easy to follow checkout process, you will asked to provide credit card
information, shipping address, etc. After you submit your order, you'll receive
an email confirmation to the email address you provide.
How much do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
Shipping and sales tax
Buying on the Internet shouldn't be expensive, and shipping costs shouldn't stop
you from buying at Legend Blue. That's why we make shipping free to every US order
regardless of its size. If you wish to receive your order even faster, you can
choose an expedited method for a discounted fee during check out process.

Legend Blue currently does not charge sales tax for items being shipped to
any address in all states except California. Items shipped to a California
address will be charged sales tax.
International shipping: Legend Blue ships orders via FedEx International Air to most
countries all over the world at a flat rate of $19 per shipment. Customers are responsible
for paying the customs and import duties. Legend Blue does not collect duties and taxes
and can not determine in advance what these fees will be.
What's the status of my order, and how do I track it?
Order status
After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as
we ship your order, you will receive shipping notification via email again.

link located on top of every page, then entering information required.
Can I cancel an order?
Order Cancellation
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, please notify us immediately if you
decide to cancel your order. The quick and easy way is go to our web site
clicking "Order Status"
link to get your order status then cancel your order through the button "Cancel Order" .
Alternatively, you can email us at
service@legendblue.com
with your name and order number to cancel your order.
If we have not shipped your order, we'll cancel your order and your credit card
will not be charged. If your order has been shipped, we may not be able cancel
your order, you need to return the merchandise back to us in order to receive refund.
In this case, we treat it the same way as a return.
How can I return an item?
US Returns
At Legend Blue, we want to make sure you're happy with every pearl jewelry
you purchase with us. If you're not satisfied with what you've bought, you can return
it within 30 days for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible
online shopping experience, you should not have to pay for return shipping. So if
for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy
self-service return process to print out a free return label, where all your shipping
costs are prepaid. With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions.
As a courtesy to other customers, please send the jewelry back to us in the same condition

International Returns
Your purchase is covered under the same 30 Day Returns policy. However we are currently
unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. You should
use a reputable carrier of your choice to ship your return. For your protection, please
fully insure every item and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached
