Free Shipping within US
Place your order at your comfortable home now and receive it at your front door a few days later.
We offer free shipping via FedEx on every US order, with no minimum order size. We don't charge
any other handling fee. You may also choose to receive your order even faster for a small discounted fee.
Standard Free US Shipping Methods
Your package will be delivered free via one of three shipping methods,
depending on order value and your location:
FedEx 2nd Day, arriving two business days after shipping from Legend Blue.
Signature required for delivery over $200.
FedEx Ground, arriving 1-5 business days after shipping from Legend Blue.
Signature required for delivery on orders on orders over $200.
USPS Priority Mail. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, we may select USPS Priority Mail
to ensure fast and secure delivery. Arrive in 3 - 4 business days after shipping from Legend Blue.
Signature required for delivery on orders over $200.
Your order delivery method is determined based on the price of your order and your location.
You'll find your method of free shipping listed on the shopping bag page. During checkout process,
you can choose faster delivery method at a discounted fee.
Faster Shipping Methods and Cost within US
We provide options to expedite your order with a faster shipping method at a discounted flat fee.
If you choose an expedited delivery method other than our free shipping method, you agree to pay for
the additional delivery charge which can not be refunded if you return the merchandise.
FedEx Standard Overnight: $20 per order
FedEx 2nd Day: $9 per order
Shipping to Alternative Addresses
If you want to give the pearl jewelry as a gift to someone, or you expect you may not be home to sign
for your order, you may choose to ship the order to an alternative address such as receipt's address or
your work place. As a security precaution to protect you against fraud, we may contact you at the phone
number you provide to verify your order delivered to a destination other than your billing address.
International Shipping and Address limitations
Legend Blue ships orders via FedEx International Air to most countries all over the world
at a flat rate of $19 per shipment. Shipping times slightly vary depending upon the
destination selected; however, all the shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days
subject to Customs Clearance after shipping from us.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import
duties which are levied once your package reaches your country. Legend Blue does not collect
duties and taxes and can not determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information,
please contact your local customs office.
Expected Delivery Date
If you place your order we have merchandise in stock before 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day
(Monday through Friday), your order will be processed and shipped that day. If you place an order on a
holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will
begin processing the following business day.
You can estimate your delivery date by adding shipping time to processing time. The length of
shipping time depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. You
can get an estimated shipping time to your area by click "Estimated Arrival Time" on product detail page
on our web site.
Tracking Your Order
After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as we ship your order, you
will receive shipping notification via email again. You can track your order status by visiting our web site,
clicking "Order Status" link located on top of every page, then entering information required.
Order never received
We work hard to ship items accurately and use trackable service for most products on our Web site to try to prevent
losing your item in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have
not received your order after the 10-14 day time frame, please click
here and contact one of our customer service
representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.
Please note: If you place
a backorder for items not in stock, most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our warehouse within
2 to 4 weeks. We ship all backordered items as they become available. If you have ordered more than one item and any
of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will be billed for shipping on a pro-rated
basis if your order is shipped in segments due to backordering.
