We are confident that our pearl jewelry should meet or exceed your expectation. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer 30-day returns on all purchases.

As courtesy to other customers, returns are subject to the following restrictions:

1. Return item(s) including its jewelry box(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Item(s) damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
   
2. The Security Tag must not be removed. We cannot accept items whose security tags have been removed or tampered with.
   
3. The original invoice must accompany the returned item(s).
   
4. Returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
   
5. If you chose an expedited delivery method other than our free shipping method, the additional delivery charge is not refundable. International shipping charge is not refundable.
   

You will receive an email notification once we receive your returned merchandise. Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days if your merchandise meets all return requirements. Credit card companies vary on the time they take for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

At Legend Blue, we are committed to providing customers the best possible online shopping experience. With that said, we believe that our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process to print out a free return label, where all your shipping costs are prepaid.

Please note: All returns must be made within 30 days after you receive the package. 3. Check the item(s) you wish to return then click on the "Place Return Request" button. Click "Continue"
   
4. Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it emailed to you then continue.
   
   Please make sure you enter the correct first name, last name, card number, expiration date and verification code as they exactly appear on your card, and billing address, home phone number as you registered with your credit card company. For your own protection, we may contact you to verify your order.

   Print out and affix your UPS return label to your box, drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. Box will be shipped back to us free of charge to you.

All returns must be made within 30 days after you receive the package. We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. You should use a reputable carrier of your choice to ship your return. For your protection, please fully insure every item and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached us. Legend Blue is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
