Finding a specific item
Use our handy search tool to find the item. If you know the item number such as 5001,
simply enter it in the search box located on the upper left side of every page, then
click on "Go" button. Alternative, you can enter keyword such as "Akoya" to find all
items matching your criterion "Akoya". Also, you can click on "More Search Options"
and then do a combination search by price, category and pearl type. It's easy and fast!
Placing items on your shopping bag or wish list

Find an item you are interested in

On that item's detailed information page, click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button
to add it. You will be taken to Shopping Bag page. The item you just placed will
appear there.
- On Shopping Bag page, click "Proceed to Checkout" to begin checkout process,
or click "Continue Shopping" to go back to shopping.
- You can review your shopping bag from any page by clicking the "Shopping Bag" icon found at the top of every page on our store. You can change quantities of an item
or remove an item from your Shopping Bag
- If you do not purchase the items in your shopping bag, they may be removed by
us after a period of time to enable other customers purchase the same items.
- To enable the benefits of Wish List, you first have to create an account with Legend Blue.
You can save items in your wish list and even email the entire wish list to your friends for advice.

Payment options
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover and American Express).
Please make sure you enter the correct first name, last name, card number,
expiration date and verification code as they exactly appear on your card, and
billing address, home phone number as you registered with your credit card company.
For your own protection, we may contact you to verify your order.
Our site is absolutely secure to use credit cards.
Sales Tax
Legend Blue currently does not charge sales tax for items being shipped to any address
in all states within US except California. Items shipped to a California address will be
charged sales tax.
For all international orders, Legend Blue does not collect duties and taxes and can not
determine in advance what these fees will be. Customers are responsible for paying the customs
and import duties which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Completing checkout process

In order to purchase items from our site, you need to first place
them in your shopping bag.
- Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping
Bag to ensure the items are correct. After you've finished shopping,
click on "Proceed to Checkout"
- If you are a new customer, you can either create an account and make
the purchase or purchase without creating an account. We strongly recommend
creating an account as you'll enjoy many more benefits as a registered
customer. If you are a returning customer, you can log in directly.

- Billing & Shipping Addresses information:
Please make sure you enter the correct first name, last name, card number,

If you want to ship your order to the same address as your billing address,
check the box accordingly. Otherwise, provide your shipping address.
Then choose your shipping method. Each order comes with a free shipping method,
if you wish to receive it even faster, select expedited method for a small
discounted fee. The shipping cost for each option is listed.
At Legend Blue, your shopping safety is our priority. We provide the safest

After you have provided all required information, click "Continue"
- Review all the billing and shipping information you have entered and edit if necessary.
If you need to change the quantity of an item, or delete an item, you can go back to "Shopping Bag" section by clicking the link near the top of Order Review page, then make your
change. If everything is correct, click "Place Order" to complete your order.
- You'll see order confirmation on the next page. A confirmation will
also be sent to you via email.
Track your order
After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. As soon
as we ship your order, you will receive shipping notification via email again. You can
track your order status by visiting our web site,
clicking "Order Status" link located
on top of every page, then entering information required.
Cancel your order
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, please notify us immediately if you
decide to cancel your order. The quick and easy way is go to our web site
clicking "Order Status"
link to get your order status then cancel your order through the button "Cancel Order" .

with our name and order number to cancel your order.
If we have not shipped your order, we'll cancel your order and your credit card
will not be charged. If your order has been shipped, we may not be able cancel
your order, you need to return the merchandise back to us in order to receive refund.
In this case, we treat it the same way as a return.
Back order & Special Order
Occasionally, a product is out of stock. When that happens, you will see the product's
availability as "Back Order" on product detail information page. Most items that are
backordered are expected to arrive in our warehouse within 2 to 3 weeks. We ship all
backordered items as they become available. If you have ordered more than one item
and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments.
For some special items, we do not regularly stock them, but we will be happy to place a
Special Order for you if you purchase it today. Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks for a
Special Order item to be shipped to you. Your credit card will not be charged until
we ship your product, and you may cancel your order at any time before the item ships.
