What is My Account?
Though you are not required to create an account on Legendblue in order to make a purchase, My Account
provides great features that save you time when you make purchase next time and provide great convenience.
For example, once you have saved your billing and shipping information in My Account, you don't have to enter
it again when you make next purchase, just click to choose. With My Account, you can also review all order history,
even print out invoices for your records.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to access your account information through the "My Account"
link located on top of every page. My account is where we keep all the information that's relevant to you,
such as your billing address, shipping addresses, your order history and return information. You can access
My Account at any time and update your information. By keeping this information up-to-date, you'll be able to
place faster orders.
Here's what you can do by using "My Account":
- Change your email address and password
- Update your credit card information, including billing address and expiration date
- Add/delete credit cards to your account
- Add/delete/update your shipping addresses
- Check the status of an order, review your wish list, start a free return
- See your complete order history
- Subscribe or unsubscribe special offers via emails from Legendblue
Setting up an account with Legendblue.com
You can set up an account two ways.
During your checkout process, choose "I would like to create an account" option, then click on "Continue".
You will be taken to next page "Billing & Shipping" where you will be asked to provide email address, select
password, and fill out billing and shipping forms. We will collect the information provided by you, and create
"My Account" for you. An email notification will be sent to you confirming your email address and password you
can use to sign in your account.
You may also set up an account just clicking on "Sign In" located at the top of the navigation of every page.
This will bring you to an account creation page. Please provide your email address and password, then click on
"Create Account". Then you can sign in your account to add information such as shipping address if you wish.
Change your email address and password
You can change your e-mail address and password by first logging in "My Account". To sign in, just clicking
on "Sign In" located near the top of the navigation of every page. This will bring you to an account
sign in page. Please fill out the fields, then click "Log In". This will take you to your account menu.
From there, click on relevant link to change email and password. When you are done, click "Submit".
Your changes will be updated.
Edit/delete shipping addresses and credit card information
You can edit/delete your shipping addresses and credit card information by first logging in "My Account".
To sign in, just clicking on "Sign In" located near the top of the navigation of every page.
This will bring you to an account sign in page. Please fill out the fields, then click "Log In".
This will take you to your account menu. From there, click on relevant link to edit/delete your
shipping addresses or credit card information. When you are done, click "Save". Your changes will be saved.
View your order history and print invoices
You can review your order history and even print invoices by first logging in "My Account". To sign in,
just clicking on "Sign In" located near the top of the navigation of every page. This will bring you to
an account sign in page. Please fill out the fields, then click "Log In". This will take you to your account menu.
From there, click on relevant link to review your order history and even print invoices. Please note, if you have
a printer and want to print invoice, click on "View Details" on Order History page. The invoice will appear as a
pop-up window. Use print function from your browser to print out the invoice page.
View your items on your wish list
To review your wish list, first log in "My Account". To sign in, just clicking on "Sign In" located
near the top of the navigation of every page. This will bring you to an account sign in page. Please fill
out the fields, then click "Log In". This will take you to your account menu. From there, click on relevant
link to review your wish list.
Track your order
You can track your order status by visiting our web site,
clicking "Order Status" link located on top of
every page, then entering information required. Alternatively, you can sign in your account, at your account
menu page, click on "Order Status".
