So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process to print out a free return label, where all your shipping costs are prepaid.

Please note: All returns must be made within 30 days after you receive the package. All merchandises must be returned in their original condition with security tags attached, original jewelry boxes and invoice to receive refund. Click here to learn our return policy. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

1. Log in to your account from Sign In page.


2. Then go to "Start a Return" page from My Account.


3. Check the item(s) you wish to return then click on the "Place Return Request" button.


4. Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it emailed to you then continue.


5. Print out and affix your UPS return label to your box, drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. Box will be shipped back to us free of charge to you
